Mike Leigh week!

Also did you happen to see the insightful article on Michael Haneke in the New Yorker?

Hey Matt, yes! I've been on a Mike Leigh roll since late June. I hope to finish his filmography this month.

I'll check out the Michael Haneke article in the New Yorker, thanks. :)

I have a pdf I can email you if you can't find it otherwise.

FYI the AFI film festival is free this year and they start giving out tickets tomorrow. Should be a mad online dash.

Cool, thanks Matt. I found a copy of it online.

What I really need is the AFI Fest schedule! Dude, I guess the tickets are on sale tomorrow. I'll call them at noon while trying to view their website at the same time. I only know of a few films showing. Let me know if you want me to forward you an email received about the foreign films they are showing.
